We are looking for a highly-competent Office Manager to join our busy administrative team at our Head Office in Hendon. Training will be provided but knowledge of the private security industry is desirable.
* You have a can-do, positive attitude * You are friendly, polite and well-presented at all times * You are reliable * You are flexible in your approach to work and able to prioritise * You are able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure - on your own initiative, as well as part of a team. * You can communicate confidently in English
Desirable skills and experience:
*Able to communicate confidently in English (Bulgarian, German, Hungarian, Romanian or Russian may also be useful) * Experience in a similar adminstrative or recruitment role. * Customer service experience.
Duties may include the following:
* Report to and work alongside our Adminstration Director * Take the lead on recruitment: sourcing new candidtaes online (social media, etc) plus carring out 1st stage interviews * Arrange appointments * Answer phone, take messages, direct calls * Manage diary for the boardroom * Perform other ad hoc adminstrative tasks
